Physical Products

1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
   • Products must be in unopened and unused condition unless the product did not meet expectations.

2. Return Process

   • Email support@aktimed-products.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Include your order number and the reason for return in your email.

3. Refund Policy

   • Returns that meet the criteria will receive a full refund.
   • If applicable, refer to our Satisfaction Guarantee for additional details.

4. Return Shipping Costs

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Products / E-Courses

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   • Cancellations are allowed within 14 days of purchase.
   • A full refund will be issued provided no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
   • Cancellations made after 14 days or if more than 20% of the course has been used are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Process
