GERMAN HEALTH CORP. (aktimed-products.com) SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

   • Orders placed on germanhealthcorp.com are typically shipped within 24-48 hours during normal business hours (Monday through Friday).
   • For example, an order placed on Thursday at 8:00 PM will be processed on Monday.
   • GERMAN HEALTH CORP. is closed on all major holidays and does not ship on those days.

2. Expedited Shipping

   • If you choose expedited shipping, the order must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same day.
   • Weekend delivery is not available for expedited shipping.

3. Order Confirmation

   • You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
   • If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folders.

BACK ORDERS

1. If an item in your order is out of stock:

   • You will receive an email with an estimated delivery time for the item(s).
   • If the deadline cannot be met, the value of the backordered item(s) will be refunded to your original method of payment.
   • GERMAN HEALTH CORP. will provide alternative suggestions for successful purchases.

2. Refund Confirmation:

   • You will receive an email confirmation of the refunded cost.
